Canoeing & Fishing

Peaceful canoeing on the Granite Creek Pond

Fishing and Boating is included with a cabin rental, you just need to bring your own fishing poles. The small lake at the ranch is stocked with Rainbow Trout and is catch and release-only barbless hooks allowed. We also have a small pond behind the cabins stocked with fish for younger children to try their hand at fishing!

Granite Creek Ranch is also just a stone’s throw from the world famous fly fishing South Fork of the Snake River!  Granite Creek is a great, quiet base for an Idaho fishing adventure along the Snake River, Palisades Lake, or Ririe Lake which are all within a 20 minute drive.
