We offer weddings at 2 different locations- the ranch headquarters or at the Aspen Hills Retreat, which is located 1 mile from ranch headquarters.

Granite Creek Ranch Wedding

Outdoor venue price includes:

Use of kitchenette
Use of 2 refrigerators/freezers on top
Sink, running water
Use of fire pit area
Fire-pit and outdoor furniture
Vinyl tables-(8) 8 ft tables
60 metal folding chairs
Please supply your own utensils, cups, plates, paper towels, garbage bags, hand sanitizers, table coverings, etc.
No food or drink provided by Ranch

Venue 1 day price $3000/day

Holiday weekend 3 day venue price $5000/day

Optional additional cost- all 4 cabins available with beds, linens and bathrooms

Horseshoe – 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 2 queens, 1 double, 3 twin (sleeps 8-9)
Corral – 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 queen, bunkbed (double, top twin) (sleeps 5)
Log – 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 queen, 1 bunkbed, 1 twin bed (sleeps 5)
Homestead – 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 queen, 1 bunkbed (2 twins), (sleeps 4)

Holiday pricing (4th of July, Labor Day) $1200 All 4 cabin rental/night

Monday-Thursday: $ 700 All 4 cabin rental/night

Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): $1000 All 4 cabin rental/night

$ 250 cleaning fee for all 4 cabins

8% tax (2% Idaho lodging &travel tax plus 6% Idaho sales tax)

Optional additional cost- accommodations at Aspen Hills Retreat rental house and 2 campsites:

Aspen Hills Retreat-4 bedroom (3 queen, 1 bunkbed with twin beds), 2 bath (sleeps 8)
Holiday pricing (4th of July, Labor Day) $500/night with $200 cleaning fee

Monday-Thursday $350/night with $200 cleaning fee

Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) $450/night with $200 cleaning fee

8% tax (2% Idaho lodging & travel tax plus 6% Idaho sales tax)

Policies:

$1000 non-refundable deposit due 60 days prior to event is required to hold reservation. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the wedding date.

No pets allowed (dogs, cats, etc. except service animals).

Portable toilets must be rented for your guests.

$300 alcohol fee.

Price includes a maximum of 100 guests. Every additional 25 guests is an additional fee of $200.

Aspen Hills Retreat Wedding

Outdoor venue price includes:

Vinyl tables-(8) 8 ft tables

60 metal folding chairs
Large cement pad for setting up tables or dancing
Rental house from 6:00 AM to midnight
Fire-pit and outdoor furniture
Please supply your own utensils, cups, plates, paper towels, garbage bags, hand sanitizers, table coverings, etc.
No food or drink provided by Aspen Hills Retreat
